Downtown Phoenix (50 miles). 7:00 am Off to the capitol via the river bike path and the up to the canal via 15th Ave to see the murals. A short jog down central to see the murals near Oak and 16th Ave. Back along a canal to Mill and then through Tempe. Breakfast at Panera at Guadalupe and McClintock.
