PMBC owns hard shell bike travel cases that can be rented for up to four consecutive weeks. Rates are as follows:

• A member in good standing for at least 3 months may rent the case for $10/week per case
• Others may rent the case for $40/week per case

Payment must be received in advance with a completed application and a credit card and driver’s license numbers to be kept on file in the event of loss or damage*.

To check availability and reserve a case:

• Send an email to Case Rental that includes the number of cases needed and the start and end dates. State in your email whether you are a current member.
• Once confirmed, you must fill out and sign the Phoenix Metro Bicycle Club Bicycle Case Rental Agreement (.pdf document), and submit it with your payment in full at least 10 days prior to your rental date.
