Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

The class is geared for those 16 years of age and older. Any minor signing up must have a parent/guardian sign the release waiver.

What's the refund policy?

No refunds are allowed. Your registration may be transferred to another individual if you are unable attend.

What does my training fee cover?
There are course materials that are purchased for the training. They are yours to take home after the class. Lunch is also provided for no additional fee.

Do you have bicycles available to rent?
No, but there are several bicycle shops nearby. Locate them by using an internet search.
