We will depart from Panera on Guadalupe and ride the Western Canal path to Lindsay and around to Tempe Marketplace, through ASU Campus returning to Panera. Wheels down at 8:30, and the ride should be around 30 miles.

A trip on the newer bike bridges starting across the 101 for the 1st bridge. From then onto Gilbert Road to the Western Canal for the second one. After that up Carriage and Country club etal to cross the 60. Take Alameda to College and cross Mill as number 4. The trip up Curry and back to the bike path for the 5th, the Arts bridge. Down Hardy to to Alameda to cross the 10 west to 48th for a trip to the canal leading to a trip across the AZ Mills bridge east over the 10 are the 6th and 7th Bridges. A jog up Priest to Manhattan to get over to College for the final crossing at the 60 on College for the 8th bridge. Voila! Breakfast at Guadalupe Panera

Sat 1/3--8:30am -Pylants Pedal 30 Miles in and around Ahwatukee. A short ride 30 mile ride to start year. Map on website. Longer riders can drop down to the Pecos path and loop through the reservation to start the new Year. Sun 1/4-8:30 am - Downtowns (46 miles) Off to the capitol via the river bike path and the up to the canal via 15th Ave to see the murals on the canal. Back to Washington for a trip to Mill and College. Breakfast at Guadalupe Panera.

Both the 25-mile and 36-mile options include three moderate hills, taking you north through Papago Park, around the St. Francis Cemetery, and returning to Tempe via south Scottsdale. Breakfast at Panera Bread on the SE corner of Guadalupe and McClintock. Note that the routes include about 4.4 miles (from Kiwanis to Panera and back).

Sat 1/31- 8:30 am-The historical homage to a boring route to end the month. The short route, 28 miles, is out Guadalupe to Higley down to Elliot and back to McClintock The long 43 mile route goes to Ellsworth down to Ray. It comes back to Cooper with a trip West and then north to Elliott then Carriage and finally either Guadalupe or the western Canal. Panera Bread at McClintock and Guadalupe for Breakfast.
