We’ll do a loop through the Ahwatukee Foothills with options of 25 miles with a couple of gentle climbs, or 38 miles that will take you up five bigger hills. If you follow the spaghetti-bowl long-route map, you will have gone up and down all five approaches with no repeats and no U-turns. Breakfast at The Nosh on the SE corner of 48th St. and Warner.
