Bicycling Road Hazard Reporting

If you see something in the road that poses a significant hazard, like large debris or a potential accident risk, please call 911. For smaller items or general road concerns such as cattle guards, dangerous longitudinal cracks, rail road crossing pavement buckling, or potholes, contact your local Department of Transportation agency (see below).

Please include the following information in your report:

• Detailed location
• Date observed
• Your Contact information
