Registration
The lead is Kathy Mills and she will contact you via email for details. Tasks, besides checking in riders and distributing armbands, involve setup and tear down of registration tables in the Desert Mountain Park parking lot. At least 1 person needs to have a large vehicle to transport supplies. Supplies will be picked up at a residence near Ray Rd & 44th St in Ahwatukee. After rest stop close, the supplies will need to be broken down and boxed up again. Additionally, two of you will be responsible to set up snacks for the rest stop at Desert Mountain Park. It is feasible for most members to volunteer here and do the ride as well.

Pebble Beach Rest Stop
Pebble Beach Recreation Site in Mesa near the Tonto National Forest (google it!) - Need at least three to staff Rest Stop...set up, replenishing snacks & water, and packing it up again. At least 1 person needs to have a large vehicle to transport supplies. Supplies will be picked up at a residence near Ray Rd & 44th St in Ahwatukee. After rest stop close, the supplies will need to be transported to Desert Mountain Park at Hawes & Ocotillo Roads in Queen Creek. Further instruction to follow.

Lunch is at Desert Mountain Park at Hawes & Ocotillo Roads in Queen Creek. We need help from strong and able-bodied folks to set up and keep supplies stocked. The lunch is catered; we just need help refilling snacks and water, coffee, etc.

SAG Drivers
The lead is Ken St. John and he will contact you with more details. Ideally, SAG drivers should have the capacity to carry two or more cyclists and bicycles on their vehicle and have basic bike maintenance skills. Shifts are designed to be 3 to 5 hours long and begin at either 7:00 or 8:00am depending on the route assignment. Supplies will be provided at the start location. SAG drivers will be responsible for retrieving road signs after the last cyclists go by and transporting them back to the start/finish location at Desert Mountain Park at Hawes & Ocotillo Roads in Queen Creek. Milage reimbursement is available on request.

Road Marking/Sign Deployment
The lead is Court Phillips and he will contact you for full details. We need drivers and helpers to mark all routes two days before the event. With enough helpers, it only takes a few hours to complete.
